Zookiesolar Limited is a registered Nigerian business operating under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). We provide solar energy equipment sales, system design, professional installation, and long-term maintenance services to residential and commercial clients across Nigeria.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of Zookiesolar or any third party.

3. Products & Equipment Sales

All solar equipment listed on our website including panels, inverters, batteries, and accessories is subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice, particularly due to foreign exchange fluctuations affecting import costs.

A sale is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit, and upon written confirmation from Zookiesolar. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to confirmation if the item becomes unavailable or if a pricing error occurred.

Product warranties are manufacturer-backed and vary by brand and product type. Zookiesolar will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not directly liable for manufacturer warranty decisions. Workmanship warranties on installations are separate and outlined in your installation agreement.

4. Installation Services

Installation services are governed by a separate Installation Agreement provided to the client prior to commencement of work. That agreement supersedes any general terms stated here with respect to the specific scope of installation work.

Key conditions that apply to all installations:

• A site survey or remote assessment must be completed before any installation proposal is finalised
• The client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the installation site
• Any existing electrical faults or structural issues that affect installation safety must be disclosed before commencement
• Zookiesolar is not liable for delays caused by client unavailability, site access issues, or third-party interference
• Post-installation system performance is contingent on continued proper use as instructed during handover

5. Consultations & Proposals

Consultations, site surveys, and system proposals provided byZookiesolar are offered in good faith based on information provided by the client. They do not constitute a binding contract until a formal agreement is signed and a deposit received.

Energy output estimates and ROI projections provided during consultation are based on standard engineering assumptions and historical solar irradiance data for your region. Actual results may vary due to weather, shading, system usage, and other factors outside our control.

6. Payments

Payment terms for each engagement are specified in the relevant quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following conditions apply:

• A minimum deposit is required before procurement of equipment or commencement of installation
• Full payment must be received before system handover, unless a payment plan has been formally agreed
• Payments are non-refundable once equipment has been procured or installation has commenced, except in cases of proven fault by Zookiesolar
• We accept bank transfers and approved digital payment methods, cash payments on-site must be receipted officially

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, system designs, and software is the property of Zookiesolar Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission. Linking to our website is permitted provided it does not misrepresent our brand or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Zookiesolar Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not accept liability for damage to property or persons resulting from client modification of installed systems, use of non-approved components, or failure to follow handover instructions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation.
